KQ type fluidized bed packing
KQ type fluidized bed packing is selected from several high-quality polyene brands with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength and strong elasticity. It is mixed with hydrophilic, adsorption, thermal oxygen resistance and other additives, and then extruded at high temperature. The fluidized bed packing has P25 × 10mm, specific gravity of 0.96 ± 0.02g/cm3, total specific surface area ≥ 500m2 / m3, porosity of 90% and dosage of 20 ~ 65%. Compared with other fillers, it has the advantages of large pores, strong bubble cutting ability, shock load resistance, high actual utilization rate, no dead zone, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.
